4. Orders and Payments

By placing an order on our website, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for reasons that include product availability, inaccuracies in product information, or issues related to payment. Orders are processed only after full payment has been received.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown during checkout. We aim to dispatch orders within 3 working days, but delays caused by couriers or external factors are beyond our control. AnationZ is not liable for delivery delays once an order has been handed over to the shipping partner.

6. Returns and Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 3 days of delivery for items in unused condition with all original tags attached. Discounted items are not eligible. Customers are required to send a clear photo for review before initiating a return or exchange. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AnationZ is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use of our website or products.
