- We will deliver your order to the shipping address you provide during checkout. Please ensure that the address is accurate and accessible during regular working hours.
- We aim to ship your order as quickly as possible. However, please note that shipping timelines may vary for each product due to availability.
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Returns and Exchanges:

At AnationZ, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges. Here's what you need to know:

- Returns or exchanges must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
- The item(s) must be in fully resalable condition, with the original packaging and tags intact.
- We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for innerwear due to hygiene reasons.
- If the item(s) are incorrect, damaged, or faulty, we will provide a full refund or exchange, including the delivery charge.
- If you simply change your mind or the item(s) are unwanted, we will refund the price of the item(s) but not the delivery charge.
- To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at with your order number, product details, reason for return/exchange, and your contact information.
- For returns via courier collection, we will coordinate with the courier company to arrange a pickup. If the return is due to our error, the courier collection will be free of charge. Otherwise, a fee of LKR300 will apply.
- For returns via the nearest post office, please send the package to the following address: Grace Lanka Apparels, No.83/15, Lionel De Soysa Gardens, off Angulana Station Road, Angulana, Moratuwa, Sri Lanka.
- For returns via the nearest AnationZ store, please visit the store and fill out the returns form. Drop off the items at the store, and we will process your return or exchange.


- Once we receive the returned item(s) and conduct a quality check, we will process your refund within 7 days.
- Refunds will be issued as store credits to your AnationZ account, which can be used for future purchases.
