At AnationZ, we take pride in the quality of every piece we create. If something is not right, we are here to help. Our returns and exchanges are designed to be simple, clear, and fair.

Return Policy

Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 3 days from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, in their original condition, and with all tags attached.
Please note that discounted or sale items are not eligible for returns.

How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, send a photo of the item along with your order number to Info@anationZ.lk. Our team will review your request and provide the next steps.

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is confirmed defective.

Refund Method
All approved returns will be issued as store credit. Shipping fees are not refundable.


Exchange Policy

Eligibility
Exchanges can be requested within 3 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags attached. You may exchange for any item of equal or higher value. Price differences for higher-value items must be paid by the customer.

How to Request an Exchange
Email us at Info@anationZ.lk with your order number, a clear photo of the item, and the item you would like to exchange it for. Our team will confirm availability and guide you through the process.

Shipping for Exchanges
Customers are responsible for shipping the original item back. We will dispatch the exchanged item within 3 working days once we receive and approve the returned item.


Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please send a clear photo to Info@anationZ.lk within 3 days of delivery. Once assessed and approved, we will arrange a replacement or offer store credit.
